“Give me your stuff and I will carry it.” – The camel

The camel is a magnificent creature. It can carry 400 lbs. of cargo, as well as it’s rider.

It can survive for three to four days in the desert without water, because of the fat stored in the hump(s) on it’s back.

In the Bible Abraham sent his servant with 10 camels to find a bride for his son Isaac.

(Genesis 24:10) And the servant took ten camels of the camels of his master, and departed; for all the goods of his master were in his hand: and he arose, and went to Mesopotamia, unto the city of Nahor.  (KJV)

Just as the camel transports the goods of it’s master, so should we as servants of the LORD, transport the message that He has given us in our hand

bible-998150__180  .(Mark 16:15) And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.  (KJV)

Our Message: The good news of salvation through Jesus Christ.

(1 Corinthians 15:1-4) Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:  (KJV)

And it came to pass, before he had done speaking, that, behold, Rebekah came out, who was born to Bethuel, son of Milcah, the wife of Nahor, Abraham’s brother, with her pitcher upon her shoulder. And the damsel was very fair to look upon, a virgin, neither had any man known her: and she went down to the well, and filled her pitcher, and came up. And the servant ran to meet her, and said, Let me, I pray thee, drink a little water of thy pitcher. And she said, Drink, my lord: and she hasted, and let down her pitcher upon her hand, and gave him drink. And when she had done giving him drink, she said, I will draw water for thy camels also, until they have done drinking. And she hasted, and emptied her pitcher into the trough, and ran again unto the well to draw water, and drew for all his camels.  (KJV)

  • (1 John 5:11-13) And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
